I went to trial with Attorney Michael Ventrella back in January 2025. I got a full acquittal! I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone that’s looking for legal representation! There wasn’t a time that he wasn’t available to talk to. He even visited me when I was in the county lock-up. And his experience is unparalleled. The jury deliberated for ten minutes! I would highly recommend Mr. Ventrella. I live in Columbus, Ohio and had to hire a lawyer from Monroe County. I had spoke to about three lawyers before I talking to Michael Ventrella. After speaking to him, I felt he listened and gave it to me straight about what I was facing and what he could do. He was up front about my chances of winning because it’s not always how great of a job he does, it’s also about the jury. But he left the choice with me and I chose to move forward with a jury trial instead of taking a plea deal. I was a little worried after the jury was picked. Mr. Ventrella did a great job asking questions but a phenomenal job during his closing argument that I believe got me a not guilty verdict. Mr. Michael A. Ventrella helped me understand my sentencing. The county provided me with two different conflicts of interest lawyers last minute. I didn’t find out about my sentencing until the day of. The court-appointed lawyer that was representing me at the time had no clue about anything with my case. Had a little run in with the law, rather then charging me, gave me solid advice and everything worked out. Very honest, could’ve easily just taken my money and fought the case, but just gave me the push I needed to do it on my own.
